To be added to our gallery you have to go through several phases

Phase 1 (Submission):

* Send us a note with in the subjectline "Submission".
* Add in the note the thumb to the deviation you want to submit and it's name. By sending this note you automaticly grant us permission to publish this photo in our journal and later submit it to our gallery
* Submissions will be accepted from Monday to Friday (23:00 CET), 1 per member each day (beware: CET zone). We may limit it further depending on the growth of the club.

At first we will display all photo's that are submitted by the members in our journal.

Phase 2 (Voting):
During weekends the members will be asked to vote and give out 1 to 5 points to the deviations that they prefer. These votes will be given by sending a note to the club with the points and the numbers of the deviations they are given to. 5 for the best one, 4 for the second best, 3 for the third best, 2 for the fourth best, and 1 for the 5th best. Please take your own responsibility as a member in this as it is impossible for us to send notes every weekend to every member to get your votes. Voting ends on Sunday (23:00 CET)

The voting note should have "Vote" in the subject title en should have the points and the deviation number the points go to. You can NOT vote on your own deviations of course .

Phase 3 (Adding to the clubs gallery):
The 10 deviations with the most points will be considered chosen by the members as the best photo's and will be submitted to the clubs gallery. Within our gallery, visitors will be redirected through the artist comments to your own deviation.

Since this is a members choice, the choices are not negotiated. It has been decided by all members who have made their votes. The voting proces is final.

Photo Manipulations for submissions
We had a poll a while back about this topic. It was decided by the members of the club (at the time) that:

* The photo has to look as it could have been shot natural with a camera.
* The photo must be shot as one photo. So real photomanips with angels etc in it.
* Each photo will be the subject of the weekly vote so we will discover what is appreciated and what is not.

Ultimately it's your votes that will determine what goes into the gallery, but please make sure to keep these in mind as guidelines for the deviations you submit. Remember, it is a photography club.
